Many thanks to Broadway Time Centre. I took my Tag Heuer watch in 5 years ago for some repairs. Then promptly forgot about it. My son asked me about my watch a few months ago. Having moved away out of Auckland, I contacted BTC, who had records of numerous attempts to try and contact me, but being a call screener and not recognising the number I’d ignored it. I was astonished they still had it. Suffice to say after five years I have recently been reunited with my watch. High quality work, great value, impeccable integrity. Deeply grateful.

I recommend Broadway Time Centre without any hesitation. My Casio Edifice was driving me mad, but they solved the problem quickly and efficiently. My Tissot had "died" and they brought it back to life after explaining what the problem was and what would be needed to resuscitate it. And they had my Tag heuer done too. Their rates are also very reasonable. I wish I'd found them years ago.

About me

When I was 6 years old, I used to rush to my father’s watch repair workshop everyday after coming home from school. Seeing him repairing watches, I had developed a passion for watches and watchmaking myself. I still remember standing next to him gazing as he was disassembling watches into pieces and reassembling them. I have devoted my whole life towards watchmaking. I serviced my first watch Miyota Caliber(made in japan) at the age of 9.

Being a second-generation watchmaker, I understand ins and outs of watches like the back of my hand. About 10 years ago, I started working at Watches on Broadway, 197 Broadway in Newmarket. I have worked on every major Swiss watch brand esp. Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Vacheron Constantin, Patek Philippe, Breitling, Omega, Cartier, Tag Heuer to name a few. I completed my Trade Certificate in Watchmaking in 2017.

Here at BTC we believe in integrity & building a strong relationship with our customers. We value all our customers by providing reliable and straight forward watch services while being honest, humble and down to earth at the same time. If you think your watch can not be fixed, it’s always a great idea to bring it to us. We offer a free quotation and work on Cartier, Longines, Rado, Tissot, Tag heuer, Raymond Weil, Seiko, Vintage Omegas, Rolex plus many more. All watches serviced by us come with 12 months warranty. We are small family owned independent local watchmakers.

Please note: We do not work on Clocks, Smart watches, Watch modifications, Replica watches, do not provide watch valuations, watch authentication (exception where we are servicing the watch), do not freight watches or parts overseas & do not sell watches online. We are a small family owned independent watchmakers and are not in association with any other party.

We are an Authorized Retailer for Raymond Weil, Tissot, Mondaine, Citizen, Bulova, Casio, Seiko, Timex etc. We carry a vast range of their brand new watches and Mondaine Clocks. We would love to help you choose the right watch for you but high pressure sales is not our thing.
